f5ve - "magic clock" review

Yes I know they aren't kpop but I started with this and I'm gonna add it anyway. I love f5ve so much, their music is so whimsical for me. As usual they never miss! Love the synths, the MV was very 2000's and fun. 10/10 for me


Yeji "Air" review

WOAH I didn't expect this of yeji!! I thought she would go with a much more energetic concept because I associate those with yeji and ITZY overall, but it was still a great song and concept. I wish she did more with her dancing but hopefully when I watch a full stage there's some cool moves. I do like all the weird moves she did in the MV tho, and then her ending pose ate lol. But can we talk about those vocals!!! Yeji's such a strong vocalist and I feel like its overlooked, she did so well here. 7/10


Seulgi "Baby, Not Baby" review

THIS JUST IN!!!! reported there's a category 5 motherquake guys watch out 😰 this is so different from 28 reasons yet so seulgi. I loved the MV(minus the bugs) she's so goofy. And the song was great as well, way better than I thought it would be! Cant wait to listen to the album. 8/10(needs more views!!)


Jennie "Like Jennie" review

omg jennie our black queen go off rap about the struggle girllll 😍 this songs been all over my shorts and somehow its even more annoying. most of the chorus being just her saying jennie seems lazy to me, like u coulda added so much more to make this song peak cuz it had so much potential, same w the producing. like I get what she was going for but it missed the mark. but I get this was mostly just to show off her dance skills and to boost blink's ego. the "don't bore us, take it to the chorus" part was the best part for me. 4/10

Doechii, Jennie "ExtraL" review

DOECHIIIIII(HAAAA!!!!) This song is very much giving black girl magic(esp with the chant that i assume is paying homage to run the world(girls)) which is amazing, except the fact that jennie's not black 😶 maybe it's her nword resurfacing but also the rise of cultural appropriation in kpop going uncriticized is getting very alarming but there's nothing we can do about it. everybody wanna be black now ig. still gonna listen to the song cuz it's fire and Doechii ATEEEEEEE. I thought the song started w her verse but her being in the middle made it even better. 9/10


Minnie "HER + Blind Eyes Red" review

I already knew i wasn't gonna like her from what i heard but i had to check it out because minnie solo!!!! It was very cute with that dark gidle touch to it and the MV was very creative. good song overall, just not my style. 6/10

As for blind eyes red, LOVED IT. It's so fire, it reminds me of 2010's R&B, especially the auto tune. It reminded me a lot of old gidle, especially the MV. My favorite track so far. 10/10


Solar "WANT" review

Ahhh this was so fun!!!!!! Solar is def my favorite solo artist out of all of mamamoo, she always comes with something refreshing. Like we needed a happy song like this. The MV was trippy, whoever edited this had fun I bet. 10/10(also needs more views!)

j-hope "MONA LISA" review

never thought jhope would make a song about baddies but here we are lol. lowkey thought that's what i like by bruno mars was about to play, that's def what this gives off. im a bruno fan tho so that means i like it. very much hobi's style, he's my fave solo artist in bts for sure. 8/10


STAYC "BEBE" review

Stayc literally makes no skips for me. This was so good, i swear they get better every comeback! And so versatile as well! J's rap was addicting. Every stayc song has to have atleast one line that's an earworm lol. It's very much giving everglow! 9/10

Ok, last one! This has been hyped up by literally everyone who's listens to it so I'm SOOOO EXCITED

NMIXX "KNOW ABOUT ME" review

Ooh ok nmixx! They're so good at chill laid back songs. This really reminded me of feel special(edit: I meant set me free but it was like 3AM atp), especially the rap/dance break part. Very much "it's only me and you in this dystopia" feels. I can't wait to check out the album. 9/10
